The Koru Ville is a gated featured township project that offers residential plots in Kilawali and is close to the gateway of Jim Corbett national park and Tumaria dam. The Koru Ville is non-agriculture land, and the resort-theme plotting sizes are 111, 125, and 139 sq yards. This well-organised residential plot development in Kilawali allows for the construction of a private villa to enjoy privacy and a well-relaxed environment in nature. The community inside the township can enjoy wonderful amenities such as private pools, a clubhouse, CCTV monitoring, rainwater harvesting, private parking, a children's play area, and much more.
