Hey everyone! My partner and I are starting to look at real estate in Phuket, mostly Studios or 1-bedroom units. We’re pretty new to the local market and foreign ownership rules. Is it realistic to find decent options around 2.5M–3M THB, or are prices way higher now? Would love to hear where you guys usually search for listings or if off-plan is worth considering!

It’s definitely realistic! You can still find great studios and 1-bed units starting around 2.5 million THB. When I was looking, comparing actual condo Phuket price options on Papaya Property helped a lot—they cover both off-plan and freehold. Having legal support and English service made the whole process way less stressful for us.
