I had a headache last week about my upcoming trip. I was going over my plans after work. Realized I wasn’t sure about one part of my booking. I couldn’t remember if a specific detail had been included when I originally booked the flight.



I didn’t want to guess so I checked Lufthansa Customer Service. Looked at the information available for passengers. I also opened my booking confirmation. Reviewed the itinerary from the start.



Having everything, in front of me made a difference. I could see the flight details, the dates and all the booking information of trying to recall what I had picked weeks ago. Once I compared it all to my reservation I saw exactly where I had misunderstood the booking.



It wasn’t as serious as I first thought. Still I’m glad I caught it before the trip. I’d much rather spend ten minutes sorting things out at home than find a problem while I’m traveling.



It was a reminder that checking your actual reservation can often answer your questions before you even have to ask someone else.
